It's a SCAM. Stay away. They simply designed a nice landing page and accept your money but the backend is simply not there. It applied to 0 jobs. They don't even have a customer support team. I contacted them through their chat, sent an email - no response! Just don't even bother signing up.

This is one of the worst products I’ve ever paid for. I subscribed to ApplyHero.ai expecting it to automatically send out my resume as advertised. It did absolutely nothing. No applications sent. No results. No value. I literally paid just to watch a dashboard sit there doing nothing.When I realized it was useless and tried to cancel my subscription and delete my profile, things got even worse.They did NOT cancel my subscription, continued locking me out, and on top of that blocked my account instead of deleting it!This feels like a classic scam pattern:- Overpromise with AI buzzwords- Deliver nothing- Make cancellation difficult or impossible- Lock users out instead of resolving issuesCalling this an “AI powered tool” is insulting to real AI products. It’s a rotten, manipulative product designed to take your money, not help you find a job.⚠️ Do NOT try this product, no matter how convincing their marketing looks!!!⚠️ Do NOT trust them with your payment details or personal data!!!There are many legitimate AI tools out there - this is NOT one of them. Avoid it completely! Save money and time!
This company is a scam, when I signed up it took my $29.00 dollars the first day and within twenyfour hours I tried to get someone on the phone and even a chat but couldn’t. Then I read the reviews on multiple sites,so I immediately notified my bank to cancel any future charges and went on the website and sent an email canceling my service and didn’t even apply or use the service. Also reached out via there support email to cancel the service. Well guess what happened they didn’t cancel the service instead tried to take another $29.00 dollars and have been trying every other day since June to take this money even though everytime I send the same email “You don’t have permission to take my money out of my account and I have notified you several times I never used your service and sent this request to you in writing to cancel it and within fourth eighth hour of signing up.”They keep ignoring me but continue trying to debit my account ever few days. I have reported them to my bank for fraud and showed them all the emails which have been over twenty by the way. What a terrible way to do business
Scam. From the reviews it looks like this used to work, Their customer service hasn't been active since 26/06/25 according to them. Clearly doesn't work any more. Do not give them your money. I made an account, filled in details, Clicked start auto apply, it's been 7 days and not even 1 singular job has been found by this scam website.
I subscribe to the Scale package in June 2025 (59 USD, 1,000 auto-apply/month).I loaded my data and waited for the job posting to be displayed. However, this never happened; the site never displayed any job postings for me to apply to. I contacted support twice, but never received a reply. I asked for a refund, and, of course, never heard anything back.This website is a scam; avoid it and save money!
