Edit in reply to ApplyHero:- Does not link to the actual job posting it is applying or already applied to. Doesn't even list the title/type of the position. Just shows the company name and links to their website.--- ApplyHero's response to this states that in the *JOB SEARCH* it shows the position and company, not in the submitted applications page. This means that jobs this tool applies for agentically or that you select manually cannot be audited. Can't visit the post, can't see the job description, can't see what the AI did.- Doesn't tell you what was written in the job application. Stunning lack of transparency overall. No way to validate what it does or tune it- Will apply to the same companies and jobs multiple times.--- ApplyHero's response is that sometimes the company made a new form for the same job. I'm not sure how this diminishes this complaint. It's applying to the same jobs, I got emails indicating as much. What if I don't want to apply to that posting or company? Nothing you can do.- Lists "pending" applications. But they are sent in about 24 hours or less. Sometimes they are sent immediately. You cannot reschedule these or indicate a preferred time to apply.--- ApplyHero says it automatically finds the perfect time to apply. It has not applied at night for me, it's been completely random. Nor do you know where I live, so how do you know if it's night for me? What if I'm applying to something overseas?- The system for excluding keywords or companies is not very good. Cannot exclude pending or already applied to positions/companies.--- ApplyHero misunderstood the complaint. I didn't state you cannot cancel pending jobs. My issue is that you cannot take pending or applied to jobs and mark the position or company as something you'd like to exclude in the future. The filtering on this site is not very sophisticated.Assuming ApplyHero isn't a scam, it's not a very well made abstraction over some simple RPA. It lacks a lot of quality of life features and transparency that would justify the cost or even assure me it's doing its job well if at all. Put simply, it's not worth the money and I have little trust in it due to how the application functions and how it's customer support operates.ApplyHero is also attempting to strong arm Trustpilot into having me share my email, full name, reference number, and phone number with ApplyHero in order to "recognize my review as genuine". I don't want to share that and risk retaliation. I'm sharing my honest opinion, such a strong reaction is a bad sign. The sudden influx of positive reviews after the wave of negative reviews dropped ApplyHero to one star is also a bad sign. Their downright disingenuous, combative, or demonstrably false replies to other negative reviews is a bad sign.
