I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent charge. I have requested a refund for the amount charged to me, as the app in question no longer exists.Moreover, I am deeply concerned to see that the amount charged was €938.98 instead of the originally agreed €186.89 an increase I never authorized or accepted.Be careful with them — they increase prices and charge you without asking for your authorization.
