Not customer driven. The site does not prompt you before charging you absurd monthly fees and even if you mistakenly sign up THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. I loss a lot of money and won’t even need to use the site. Awful product and there are better free services out there, they clearly need every $$$ they can get from you.
