Despite providing support documentation and even offering my bank statement to reclaim my account, they banned it instead. I lost access to my purchase history, including trial items I intended to cancel. The support team was unhelpful, making the experience feel frustrating and pointless. A year later, they still charged me for the premium membership on my banned account. After reporting this with my new membership, their so-called fast support was anything but—taking 1-2 weeks for a response. I've had issues with other platforms that were resolved quickly and politely. In my case, after multiple follow-ups, I received a dismissive response stating they wouldn't charge for a renewal but ignored my request for proof. I urge others to avoid this platform as many users seem disinterested in doing business with them anymore. Interacting with their technical team felt like talking to a brick wall, with no solutions offered. Save your money and consider other options.
