I ordered a CPAP from Apria and stated specifically that I did not want the Humidifier Tank option-- it was sent anyway and I was charged for it. Three attempts at returning it for a credit failed and the RMA email promised never arrived. 3 hours on the phone for three different phone calls and I finally discovered that I was lied to by 6 different Apria customer support, resupply and billing representatives.
