I ordered two items Nov 26/23. I received a confirmation of the order having been received and my credit card was charged. On Dec 6th I sent an email to Apricoat asking for an update as to the shipment details. On Dec 13th I sent another email. On Dec 14th Apricoat advised me that the jacket I had ordered was out of stock and offered the mens jacket instead to which I immediately advised that I did not want this and asked for a full refund for this as well as the other item I had ordered. It is now Dec 28th; I have sent 2 other emails asking for a response and confirmation that a refund is being processed. As of today, I have yet to receive a reply. Apricoat has taken my money - US$219.00 - and to date still has it and I have no merchandise. Tricia B.
