Time for a larger lawsuit apparently. Allegedly, they find it very hard to get back to paying customers in a timely manner if at all it seems and in my experience. They ask for their customers to be patient and kind. Is this company being kind by taking people's money immediately, and then crickets unless you hound them, making the whole purchase experience so frustrating? This is a huge and wealthy company! They cannot do better than this? I call that very unkind to the public. Disrespectful of people's time and money. I placed an order a week ago and heard nothing but an email confirmation WITH an order number and then of course they deducted 276.00 out of my account immediately. Then when I went to website to track the order a week later after hearing nothing, they said ORDER DOES NOT EXIST!!!! April Cornell stole money out of my account the week before as soon as I clicked buy yet does not have the kindness or respect to return emails or phone messages after a week. I have to start a fraud investigation now with my bank to get my money back. I'm sure April and her sons have a good life taking your money and then never delivering. Don't order from this company. Their customer service doesn't exist apparently. You call and call, and they have a message saying we are soo busy leave us a message and we will call you back. Apparently, they have no intention of calling you back, especially if you read the other reviews. It's scary they are alllowed to conduct their business like this. Don't give this company any of your hard earned money. They will take it, spend it and not deliver your merchandise if ever, or ever talk to you about it again!!! They hope you will give up after they steal your money NOT! One reviewer simply gave up! Read all the reviews of people trying to work with this company to no avail. They need to be investigated in my view and we are starting it with my bank after reading the rest of these reviews. I have left 10 messages and emailed them as well. The only info is my order does not exist. But it sure exists as a line item deduction in my bank account and on the confirmation email I got right after they took my money. This is fraud in my view and I.hqvr to add allegedly, and we will get our money back! They cannot get away with this.
