I got a round tablecloth that was made from three different fabrics without any pattern matching. Out of all my round tablecloths, this is the only one with multiple pieces (I didn't expect a quilt!). On a brighter note, the customer service responded to my call, waived the return fee, and provided a prepaid return label. The refund was processed in a few days. I'm pleased with their customer service, despite my initial doubts from other reviews, but I'm still unhappy with the product quality.
I was thrilled to find a local brand, but I'm really disappointed. I received a defective product and reached out to customer service for guidance before returning it (as their website suggested). It’s been over a month with no response. Regardless of product quality, poor customer service can drive away customers. I wouldn't recommend this place; don't support bad customer service.
I've been a loyal customer, and while they offer good products, I've had issues recently. I received only part of my order and have waited a month for the rest. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times, but they haven't returned my calls or messages. I can't reach anyone on their customer service line either.
I've found the dresses to fit wonderfully, and the fabric is lovely. It doesn't shrink, but it's best to hang dry. The tunics I bought are slightly smaller than the dresses. Overall, I'm very pleased with everything I've purchased and will continue to shop here!
I ordered items on July 1 and haven't received anything. I was given a tracking number, but the package seems to be stuck. I'm puzzled by the delay since I've received items from other companies ordered around the same time. I won't order again, and based on other reviews, it seems many people are dissatisfied. This used to be a great company, but it has significantly declined.
Be aware that anything you buy feels like a final sale with no returns. They claim to accept return requests and send an email for a label, but after two weeks and multiple follow-ups, I still have no label. I feel stuck with a nightgown that I never even opened because the color was so disappointing.
