The customer service is terrible... you cannot get any access to their online * start return* ... if you put in the information, they ask for ... the only response you get is we could not find that order!! So, I decided to call customer service, they're so happy to assist you, that they will not answer the phone and also, they will not call you back when a message was left for them, and while I cannot get a prepaid label to return the item, I will send it back on my own .... the dress I ordered was not even close in color to the dress in the catalog, the quality and design is not worth the price I paid.
