Conned and Gyped by the Manager

I live in Goa. I first purchased a Sulla TV cabinet through Anil B., manager of Aprodz. I was told to send the amount to a proper Aprodz bank account. The item I received was perfect in every way. LlIt looked like a factory job and was perfectly finished. This was in 2017/18.In October 2018 I ordered a Peetz bar cabinet with slight changes to the dimensions. I also ordered another, completely made to order, smaller cabinet to hold the fridge, etc.I made an online payment of Rs. 33,619 and Rs. 25,000 for the two cabinets but the invoice I was sent showed the prices as Rs. 27,140 and Rs.18,880 inclusive of GST. And this time I was told to send the money to a strange account that was not an Aprodz account. I was promised the items by mid November.All this did not bother me till the following:1. Mr. Anil B. went off the grid for all of November. I could not contact him and it was obvious he had not started the job.2. After many phone calls I received the items in mid-December.3. The two items I received were shockingly bad: a) Bad wood, bad material used. The table top wood was cracked and it has now warped. b) The items were shoddily hand polished. They were supposed to be melamine polished. The insides were not polished. c) All shutters were misaligned and now they have expanded and do not shut. Which means the wood was not treated at all. d) The carpentry was extremely shoddy and did not look like it had been done by Aprodz. It looked like a road side, unprofessional job when compared to the Sulla TV cabinet.The non-Aprodz account number, the price difference and the incredibly bad craftsmanship lead me to believe that this is not a factory product at all but has been done by Mr. Anil B. without the knowledge of Aprodz.
