I strongly recommend avoiding this seller due to a very frustrating experience with product quality and customer service. Key Issues: 1. The sofa set arrived damaged and defective. 2. The return process took two months, delaying my refund. 3. I was not informed that returns were self-ship for bulky items. The seller insisted I handle packing but refused to cover packing costs. The representative was initially responsive but became unprofessional after the return, ignoring my requests for reimbursement. The delivery service only sent one person, requiring me to provide assistance or incur extra charges. This seemed like a tactic to extract more money from customers. Conclusion: Be ready for numerous calls and significant hassle if you need to return an item. This seller demonstrates poor and unethical service.

Awful customer service and product quality.

Awful customer service and product quality. I ordered a bar cabinet, which had a major misalignment, and they dismissed it as damage during delivery, saying it wasn't a significant defect. I won't shop here again as they clearly don't care about their customers.

Order at your own risk - dining table experience.

Order at your own risk - I ordered a dining table on February 28, 2022, and it was delivered on August 27, 2022, after countless calls and messages. I paid in full upfront, and when I received it, it was poorly made and damaged. The owner downplayed the issues as minor defects. I took photos and shared them, but it made no difference. I had to keep the other items and return the defective chair, which finally happened in August. There's only one contact number, and getting a response is hit or miss. I cannot recommend this company and will not return as a customer.
