It took nearly a month to receive my order despite their claims of fast service. They promoted themselves as a small business and promised a "bonus gift" for the delay, which never arrived. They have been dishonest throughout the process. The support number provided was a disconnected UK number, and the support email was linked to a different domain. After I filed a claim, they changed both their phone number and support address. If you want to return the product, you have to cover the return shipping costs. Everything about this company feels deceptive. Beware and avoid getting scammed!
