This company asserts they have a California office and that their products are made in the US, but they actually come from Pakistan! It took nearly a month to receive my order despite their claims of fast service. They promoted themselves as a small business and promised a "bonus gift" for the delay, which never arrived. They have been dishonest throughout the process. The support number provided was a disconnected UK number, and the support email was linked to a different domain. After I filed a claim, they changed both their phone number and support address. If you want to return the product, you have to cover the return shipping costs. Everything about this company feels deceptive. Beware and avoid getting scammed!
I was very excited about the blacksmith aprons and wanted to love the one I ordered, but I guess that’s not in the cards. It started when I signed up for their notifications and they sent a 10% off code. Upon check out I received an error saying that the code was no longer valid. I emailed the company about it but never heard back. I went ahead and placed an order for a $170 apron, and I added edge painting so it would look great. On arrival the apron did not have complete edge painting, they sprayed the color dye with straps laying on the apron so there were stripes of plain leather on the front where the straps blocked the coloring. Additionally, there were two rivets missing from the pocket corners. I took pics and sent them in an email asking for an exchange. I have not received any reply and I suppose I should have known this would happen when they ignored the discount code email to begin with. I would happily pay more for an apron just to be treated like my business matters to the company.
The quality of the Apron is top shelf, none better. My heartache is the surprise additional cost at delivery. I had to pay an additional $40 and change when it was delivered with no explanation for the charge. Extra tax, tariff, additional shipping… regardless of the fee it should have been listed and charged when ordered.
Aprons are not made in the US. Charged by a company named Syze UK LTD, sent through DHL by a company named Moto Collection from Sialkot, Pakistan. Apron is not worth the money and not exactly like in the picture. Yet, it isn't too bad I have to say (better than some sold on Amazon, and if I made it using leather bought in the US I'd probably pay $40 for the material).
Other than the delayed delivery, I don't think anyone can beat them in leather quality and top-notch designs. I ordered one artist apron for myself and I was astonished to see such a customized laser engraved apron with my name. The deepness of engraving was perfect and my name was prominent. But I have to wait for 8 days to get my apron in hand. That can be ignored as their customer service department kept me updated with the whole process. Overall I had a very good experience with them.
This apron was made in Pakistan for 80.00 and dropshipped despite being marketed as "Proudly Made in the USA". It is absolutely nothing like the picture and I've received better quality cheap aprons from Amazon. The leather is thin and the straps are short and also a different color than advertised.
