Would rate zero stars if I could.- ordered couch in early December 2025-told two weeks later the fabric was on back order until end of January 2026-had to call the company (wow they answered the phone) on Jan 30th and they confirmed that the fabric came in and the couch was in production-immediately—-website down with no communication, phone number has me in spot #1 for 3 hrs (never reached a person, left number for call back, never received a call back), reached out via email and instagram and Facebook—-NOTHING. It’s like not a single soul works at this company. -filed chargeback with my card company and will have the outcome in one weeks time-what a waste of time, what a massive disappointment, what a disgrace of a company to not communicate with its customers about any type of closure or holdup
