Although, the customer services team are friendly, the communication and information requested takes forever to be sent. My pension pot lost over 40% over 4 years and no one wants to explain how this has happened, when there are trustees and a fund manager looking after my pot. I requested information that was asked for on my transfer pack, I still haven't received that info 12 months later. After many, many phone calls and a request to withdraw my pension, so i can invest it in a pension that's making good returns, I have been told that the group is going through a gmpe exercise, which can take upto 5 years. So I can do nothing until this exercise is complete. Anything to keep hold of my money.
