I am pleased with the new shower and accessories; the fitter was exceptional—very professional and did an amazing job. The rubbish was collected the following day, so everything went smoothly. However, I found the salesperson to be abrupt and a bit pushy. He should take more time to let customers ask questions. Also, I felt the cost of £10,500 was a bit high for what was provided, and the shower was installed four weeks later than expected. I do want to commend the fitter and the company for completing work that others said couldn't be done, so thank you.
