I strongly recommend steering clear of this bathroom service; the representative who came to my home was dishonest. I wanted to replace my bath with a safe shower tray, but the representative spent excessive time trying to convince me that I needed a shower pump, which he claimed would cost £350 but was supposedly free if I signed a contract that day. This pump was never real. He also mentioned his commission and became aggressive when I hesitated to sign. I eventually signed but later canceled. I urge others to be cautious and avoid such treatment in their own homes. His constant lies about a nonexistent pump were aimed at getting me to sign a contract, and I have reported this behavior to the appropriate authorities. Please do not put yourself through this distress.
