I've had my card for a short time, so my feedback is limited. I used it frequently during the holiday season and found it easy to pay off. Additionally, purchases over £100 receive enhanced protection in case of any issues. The application is user-friendly, and setting up direct debits was straightforward, along with various payment options being quite useful. I've already received an offer for a credit limit increase since I started with a lower balance. It integrates well with multiple wallets for NFC and works seamlessly with my online accounts.
The app is easy to navigate, and the card functions like any standard credit card. However, the service team seems dismissive of their customers. Despite never exceeding my credit limit, I was informed twice about impending interest rate increases, which were only retracted after I raised concerns. More recently, I was told I would receive a higher credit limit due to my account management, but this increase was never applied, and I received no explanation. It was only after contacting them that I learned they had reversed their decision. This leaves me questioning the initial offer. I have other credit cards with lower interest rates from companies that treat their customers better, so I am considering closing my account soon.
Having recently completed a debt repayment plan, my credit rating was quite low after four years. The company is assisting me in improving my score; I use their service monthly and pay off the balance in full. Their app is user-friendly and transparent, and they provide regular email updates regarding my balance. Outstanding service.
