The app is easy to navigate, and the card functions like any standard credit card. However, the service team seems dismissive of their customers. Despite never exceeding my credit limit, I was informed twice about impending interest rate increases, which were only retracted after I raised concerns. More recently, I was told I would receive a higher credit limit due to my account management, but this increase was never applied, and I received no explanation. It was only after contacting them that I learned they had reversed their decision. This leaves me questioning the initial offer. I have other credit cards with lower interest rates from companies that treat their customers better, so I am considering closing my account soon.
