Ordered something as a Christmas present. Unfortunately it was no good but they would only give store credit and not a refund as I could not return within 2 weeks. Most companies allow a little extra time to return over Christmas as you don’t want to leave buying presents until last minute. Store credit not much good when you don’t have fish tanks yourself.. Timeline of events:Ordered - 9th DecemberReceived - 11th December.Requested refund via website as advised - 25/12 (14 days from receipt and as soon as I knew it was no good).Received response from Aqua Essentials - 30/12 if I had received an earlier response could have posted before I went on holidayI advised on 30/12 that I had gone on holiday and would not be back until 6th January. I was advised that this was not a problem. At no time was I told it would be a store credit.Goods Returned - 7th JanuaryGoods Received by Aqua Essentials- 8th January.
