They claim to provide payouts within 72 hours, but that's not true. I also feel cheated as they took money from me to renew an evaluation that was nearly successful, yet I still haven't received my account back. I provided evidence showing the funds were deducted from my account, along with their acknowledgment of the payment on the same day. It's unbelievable that I still don't have my account back.
