I requested a 50k trial account using my reward system points, and I haven't received it to this day. I opened a ticket on the website as instructed, and support said they don't have access to the accounts. Many people on the aquafutures.io Discord server are having the same problem, and when questioned about it, they simply block us, and we can't message anyone on the aquafutures.io team. I demand my 50k account.

According to the dashboard my account i had 400 daily drawdown and 900+ overall DD left which made me trade with my usual risk. Account got breached the moment i went to drawdown in a trade.

This company is absolutely terrible, and anyone who has dealt with them will see my comment and know I'm right. Terrible support, terrible service, a truly awful company. I absolutely do not recommend them.
A mate from work mentioned this “low-risk” crypto platform he was using. I figured why not give it a go since things were tight after Christmas. Deposited what I could afford, watched it “grow” for a bit. Tried withdrawing and got hit with fee after fee request. Ignored them at first, then realised it was never coming back. Felt proper gutted. Someone in a UK scam group pointed me to 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗶 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹. They handled the whole thing quietly and methodically ended up with the money returned after a few weeks of back and forth. Lesson learned, but at least not totally wiped out.
i complete the task and waiting for 16th day then my points credits in my account
then i go to collent my account from reward points its show out of stock in his webside shiw account available until 1/1/2027 but right now show put of stock
then i go to discord and ask how much time take to restock they not giving proper Answer and give me warning i ask one more time they block me
my question is why accountis out of stock and why write in reward section awailable until 1/1/27
i am very very disappinted from aqua i give my best and collect all the points i follow all the rules then they not giving account
