Well the problem got fixed but I was made aware that at the installation it should have been mentioned that the pipe work needed some changes in order that the system didn’t keep getting an airlock. This fact surprised me because I had been using an Aqualisa shower for 20 years but the new one seems to have caused a problem. At the moment it’s fine, the processor has been changed and I was advised that this particular processor seems to avoid the problem of airlocks. Time will tell.….
