Fault on shower was intermitent, engineer attended on time and replaced suspected defective pcb he also advised the new pcb was the most updated board. The waranty team kept me updated, good comunications.

We have used aqualisa showers over the last 40 years and will use again.

An engineer replaced our shower on 30 December 2025 and in the process managed to lose part of a fuse, which needed to be replaced by an electrician. Aqua Lisa agreed to pay for the cost of the electrician but as at 17 February 2026 have not done so. I have had to spend time arranging the electrician, waiting for them to fix the issue and now chasing Aqua Lisa for around 7 weeks without reply.
I was promised an update on 14 January but did not receive a response. I sent further emails on 16, 23 and 30 January without reply. I called Aqua Lisa on 10 February and (after waiting 45 minutes on hold) was promised an update on 11 February but did not receive a call back.
This review is written on 17 February and I am still waiting for a response.

Able to have a call back so that you were not just holding on for 40 odd minutes. Mayson was very confident and understood what the problem was with shower. No hot water coming through.! No engineers working in my area so he stated that a new shower would be sent out for delivery next day. I arranged that the plumber would come and fit the new shower which is now working perfectly. I would highly recommend this firm and their Customer Service Team.

My initial contact with Aqualisa could not have been better. Dan, who answered the 'phone to me, was both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the product I needed and proceeded to book an appointment for an engineer to call and fit it for me. If the engineer performs as well as Dan, I shall be delighted.

No customer support and malfunctioning products

My smart power shower stopped working after just 5 weeks. It’s under warranty, but reaching customer service has been impossible. I waited over 1.5 hours on two separate occasions without any response. They also don’t respond to emails or chat. This is incredibly frustrating.

Disappointing experience with the new shower

I purchased a new shower to replace my previous one, which had been excellent—powerful and durable. Unfortunately, this new model has been a complete letdown. After just four months of use, it stopped working. When I contacted the support team, I was informed that it needed a software update, which left me puzzled since I thought showers only required water and power. Now, the shower won’t connect to the app, and I need an engineer to come out. However, they will only send someone if my loft is boarded, which it isn't. The plumber installed it without any issues, but now I'm facing additional costs to board my loft just for a visit that may not even be necessary. I regret purchasing this shower.
