My 'AQUALISA' shower is usually excellent and very reliable, but a few weeks ago it failed. I delayed getting it fixed, as I feared the whole shower would have to be replaced (possibly expensive), as mine is not a current model. I only looked at the 'AQUALISA' website to see if they could supply a new, more modern model, but found they were still selling the internal 'shower engine' for this model. I spoke to Wendy who was more than helpful, taking all details and telling me I did not have to buy a new 'engine', as the shower was still covered by the long (2 year) warranty from 2024. A visit from an engineer, Simon was agreed only a few days away, and he was very helpful, and my shower is now working well again, at no cost to me! More than brilliant, as it has been a good shower over the last few years, and I would have been happy to pay for the repair. Unbeatable service from 'AQUALISA'
