I purchased a new shower to replace my previous one, which had been excellent—powerful and durable. Unfortunately, this new model has been a complete letdown. After just four months of use, it stopped working. When I contacted the support team, I was informed that it needed a software update, which left me puzzled since I thought showers only required water and power. Now, the shower won’t connect to the app, and I need an engineer to come out. However, they will only send someone if my loft is boarded, which it isn't. The plumber installed it without any issues, but now I'm facing additional costs to board my loft just for a visit that may not even be necessary. I regret purchasing this shower.
