We have an Aquastream Power Shower on which a small part has failed for the second time. It is the water valve that attaches externally to the shower hose. Internally there is a very thin plastic fitting which has fractured again. To make the problem worse, Aqualisa refuse to sell the defective part on its own, instead only offering complete internal replacement on motor etc at a cost of £225.72. I would estimate the actual faulty part would cost around £5.
Their after sales customer care certainly leaves a bad taste.
