To me customer service means a great deal, Liam was the young man who answered my call, as being a pensioner I don’t always get to the point straight away, I do tend to rabbit on. Liam actually listened to my questions and answered so I could understand. So Excellent Customer Service as I mentioned to Liam Aqualisa better hang onto to him as not many like Liam about. I only hope I get the same service when my work is being done. Thank you
