Awful after sales warranty customer service system…
When you call you are put on hold and given a wait time, say 5 minutes. After about three/four minutes the computer generated voice tells you that your call is important to them and your wait time is now 8 minutes. This continues with the wait time increasing after each interval.
Sticking with it, a real human contact may (or may not) suddenly appear with no correlation to the given times.
On my first call I waited for an answer for over twenty minutes and gave up.
I obviously had no faith in any offer of accepting a call back.
On the second occasion of my trying phone them I did, eventually, get to speak with someone, a young lady, who was very capable and able to set the solution to my problem under way.
The website is also frustrating in that it asks for receipts but offers no facility to send a copy.
These are simple things that could easily be sorted.
I did mention them and was apologised to but there were no promises of things being looked in to.
