I bought a wooden toilet seat with slow close from a company called Trago Mills it was made by Aqualona. I had the seat for about six months and as it was a 'slow close' seat, it started to slam down. I couldn't prove when I bought it as I had thrown away the receipt. I emailed the company and they sent tme a link to a video on how to adjust it. I watched their video and for a while it worked. Two months later I was having the same problem and had to keep adjusting the seat, so much I had the spanner in the bathroom all of the time. I emailed them again to tell them it was falling down and I was frightened to tighten it any more as I thought it would break. No reply at all. Now a month later the bracket on the seat has broken off and I have had to buy a new seat from a different company. No Customer Support. I will never buy from them again.
