Ordered a slow close , quick release, toilet seat .
The seat seat should have locked on 2 pegs but only locked on one. I contacted Aqualona to let them know and they asked for more info, which I sent including a video. 3 weeks later and I heard nothing even even after chasing them up with 3 more emails. Customer service does not exist !

Bought 2 aqualona soft close toilet seats through Amazon fittings that came with seats were for a bottom fitting toilet pan the screws were far to long I tried using the screws from the old pan but they were no good so I had to get universal fittings at a cost of £13 far superior rubber bung plugs which made a better job ,must say when fitted the seats are very good all they needed to do was put 2x38 mm screws in each set of fittings and preferably the rubber bung plugs rather than the nylon ones
The products are durable and well-designed, combining quality with elegance. The UK-based customer service team is responsive and easy to communicate with, which makes a big difference. I especially appreciated the support from Jack Stevens with my order. I’ll definitely be purchasing from Aqualona again.
This is an update for a purchase I made via Amazon and I think prospective buyers need to know. Great companies not only supply great products at great prices but more importantly have great support when needed. When trying to resolve an issue I had Aqualona have been nothing but fantastic, the very model of how things should be. Highly reccomended.
Bought a toilet seat on amazon on a next day delivery so due on 9th September late that night I check the tracking it now says due 13th September. Bear in mind this is shipped by the seller not amazon so in this case Aqualona. Tried to cancel Aqualona say contact amazon. Amazon say contact Aqualona so can't even cancel. Just be honest if you can't deliver next day don't say you. If I am ordering a toilet seat it because I need ASAP not in 5 days time. What's really annoying is the lack of honesty and then not being able to cancel the order.
