Ordered a slow close , quick release, toilet seat .
The seat seat should have locked on 2 pegs but only locked on one. I contacted Aqualona to let them know and they asked for more info, which I sent including a video. 3 weeks later and I heard nothing even even after chasing them up with 3 more emails. Customer service does not exist !
