Terrible customer service. I purchased five frozen fish items, two of which arrived defrosted and unusable. I reported this on the day of delivery, providing evidence of improper packaging. The replacements were even worse and also unusable. After requesting a refund and waiting a month with no response, I reported to trading standards. Steer clear of this company.
