I strongly advise anyone with sensitive or high-value fish to avoid ordering live foods from this seller. Their website claims next-day dispatch, but they do not hold live foods in stock. They wait for enough orders before placing a bulk order, leading to serious delays, sometimes over a week. Other customers have reported waiting over a month without receiving anything. In my case, the delay cost me a fish. I ordered on a Tuesday night, expecting dispatch within 1-2 days, but the seller waited for a shipment and my order arrived too late. The seller ignored my first cancellation request and communication was slow and dismissive. If you need live foods urgently, do not trust this seller.
We visited to buy fish for our tank. The place was unkempt, dirty, and unwelcoming. The fish tanks were filthy and appeared neglected for a long time. The prices were shockingly high. There was a young person removing dead fish from the tanks. After reading reviews, it seems that poor feedback leads to abusive comments from the owners. Very unprofessional behavior.
