Awful I placed my first order with them the box arrived in a Royal Mail plastic bag because the live food was packed poorly and had burst in transit and leaked everywhere. Emailed as soon as it happened with pictures and they didn’t respond no one even apologised let alone sent replacements never again will I buy from them. Avoid bad customer service well in fact none in my case and poor quality live food well smashed to pieces in my case.
