Ordered two packs of live bloodworms on Jan 14th - dispatched 20th, arrived dead. Upon opening to confirm, the pack smelt foul - no reviving with a little warmth! No use as our Newts will not accept dead worms, either hand fed or released into the tank. Disappointed. Follow up for refund resulted in an email asking not to review and to supply photos of dead worms. Would not accept my word!
