Order a dog toy. Arrived afer one month and damaged. Clearly crasked prior to being packaged as the outside box was in perfect condition (even though it has apparently ben in the sourier system for 30 days!). I have emailed, used their webform, provided photos, tried calling many times and now I have had to contact my payment provider to retrieve my money.Not once has anyonce replied. I also have proof they have opened my messages as they requested access to the photos I sent them via Google Drive.Horrendous, unprofessional comany with zero customer service. ** Trust Pilot - please contact me should you need PROOF of all points made here - happy to provide screenshots and emails.
