UPDATE: Still no response, no refund, no accountabilityThis is a follow-up to my original 1-star review, posted because Aquarelle Flowers has still failed to resolve this matter and continues to ignore all communication.Since my initial review, nothing has changed. Aquarelle has not contacted me, has not issued a refund, and has not provided any explanation for what happened to my order.To recap:• The order related to a bereavement• The flowers and gifts were never delivered• The tracking falsely claimed the order was “rejected due to damage”• No delivery attempt was ever made• The recipient was at home all day• Aquarelle took payment and then went silentI was given a single response early on stating the issue was “being looked into.” Since then, I have been completely ignored, despite multiple emails and now a public review.At this stage, this is no longer just poor customer service — it is a deliberate failure to engage, resolve, or take responsibility. A company that behaves this way after being publicly called out demonstrates exactly how little it values its customers.I have now issued a final formal notice demanding a refund and will be escalating this matter to:• The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform• OMIC• Dirección General de Comercio y Consumo – Comunidad de MadridThe most disturbing aspect remains the total lack of empathy shown in a situation involving grief. Any legitimate business would have resolved this immediately. Aquarelle has chosen indifference instead.I stand by my original warning:Avoid Aquarelle Flowers at all costs.If they fail this badly when things go wrong — and refuse to respond when challenged — they should not be trusted with any order, let alone one involving a funeral or condolences.
