I live in the United States and my lady friend lives in Spain. We had no issues with the delivery or presentation of the flowers. Although the glass jar that is sold is very small and she could not use it. I will always use this business for my needs in the future. Thank you very much! Adam
I ordered A bouquet to my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day a few days in advanced and it never came! It says the direction is incorrect which it’s clearly not, and there’s no one to talk to! At the end of the day I wasted money and my girl didn’t receive her flowers! Don’t buy from them, very bad experience!
ABSOLUTELY ORDER HERE... if you are alright with your parcels being delayed and not arriving on time for the special occasions. I was disgusted by the order delay, my girlfriend was left without flowers on Valentines Day, and I have no idea when they are supposed to arrive now. Customer support is absolutely awful, their contact email is hidden and no response from them at all.Please take a careful read of the other reviews before purchasing, it will not arrive on time. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be ordering again. If they refuse the refund I will be filing a chargeback with my bank.Note: This order was placed at the beggining of January, they had plenty of time and notice to deliver it on the correct day. Absolute joke!

I ordered flowers for my significant other. I made a significant error by checking out as a guest, as no order number or confirmation email was provided. I contacted customer service, and despite providing all available details, they appear unable to locate my order without the specific order number. I seem to be going in circles with a customer service agent, Harimino, who seems to not understand what I am asking.
They are the worst. The reason why: they work with the worst delivery company. You will never get your flowers. They tell it’ll be delivered and you’re waiting all they at home and they’ve never delivered it. Avoid buying flowers from them at any cost.
UPDATE: Still no response, no refund, no accountabilityThis is a follow-up to my original 1-star review, posted because Aquarelle Flowers has still failed to resolve this matter and continues to ignore all communication.Since my initial review, nothing has changed. Aquarelle has not contacted me, has not issued a refund, and has not provided any explanation for what happened to my order.To recap:• The order related to a bereavement• The flowers and gifts were never delivered• The tracking falsely claimed the order was “rejected due to damage”• No delivery attempt was ever made• The recipient was at home all day• Aquarelle took payment and then went silentI was given a single response early on stating the issue was “being looked into.” Since then, I have been completely ignored, despite multiple emails and now a public review.At this stage, this is no longer just poor customer service — it is a deliberate failure to engage, resolve, or take responsibility. A company that behaves this way after being publicly called out demonstrates exactly how little it values its customers.I have now issued a final formal notice demanding a refund and will be escalating this matter to:• The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform• OMIC• Dirección General de Comercio y Consumo – Comunidad de MadridThe most disturbing aspect remains the total lack of empathy shown in a situation involving grief. Any legitimate business would have resolved this immediately. Aquarelle has chosen indifference instead.I stand by my original warning:Avoid Aquarelle Flowers at all costs.If they fail this badly when things go wrong — and refuse to respond when challenged — they should not be trusted with any order, let alone one involving a funeral or condolences.
