The first order went perfectly. The order was delivered before the scheduled date. I was very glad.But already the second order in this store made me very upset. Nothing was delivered on the scheduled delivery date of the order. And they didn't even report the delivery delay. When I wrote to support myself, they said that one of the goods was still awaiting from the suppliers, but they could bring all the other goods at no additional cost. As a result, some of the goods were delivered 5 days later than planned. And one of the goods in the order has not yet been delivered. Although more than two weeks have already passed since the planned delivery date. And support doesn't respond to my requests.It is worth saying that the order included heaters and a dehumidifier. It was cold and wet outside and every day the delivery was delayed was very frustrating. This company should have immediately advised that one of the heaters could not be delivered on time and offered to deliver all other items in the order as soon as possible. That would suit me.
