I had a very disappointing experience with the car rental service. Initially, they were quick to respond to emails, which gave me confidence. We agreed to meet at noon for my rental, but the representative didn’t arrive until 1:00 PM, causing me to miss scheduled events on my first day. After contacting the office, I received a message assuring me the representative would arrive shortly, but they were still 45 minutes late. Even staff at the neighboring rental desk noticed my wait and offered to assist me. When the representative finally arrived, I expressed my frustration, but instead of being understanding, he was rude and dismissive. Due to this poor service, I had to rent from another company at a higher price. Despite paying a deposit, I have yet to receive a reimbursement. I’ve emailed the office twice without any response, which is disappointing given their initial promptness. The lack of reliability and unprofessional behavior left a very negative impression. I welcome the company to reach out to clarify the situation. Update: I have been contacted by the company and they have reimbursed me for the deposit.
