Due to this poor service, I had to rent from another company at a higher price. Despite paying a deposit, I have yet to receive a reimbursement. I’ve emailed the office twice without any response, which is disappointing given their initial promptness. The lack of reliability and unprofessional behavior left a very negative impression. I welcome the company to reach out to clarify the situation. Update: I have been contacted by the company and they have reimbursed me for the deposit.

I later learned that this tactic is part of a broader fraud investigation involving rental companies billing tourists for unpaid or fictitious violations. Avoid this service at all costs. If you’ve faced similar issues, file a chargeback and report them to the relevant authorities.
