I've visited Aqua Sana afew times and the spa experience is always amazing. Having booked a twilight spa session on the 20th of February, we were disappointed to learn that due to the strom the spa would be closed. This was completely understandable and I was emailed to let me know that a refund/ rebooking email would be sent within 14 days. I am still awaiting an email and have spent considerable time waiting on the phone/ emailing and even DMing on instagram and still awaiting any response....The customer service is so so poor and lets down the Aqua Sana brand. Reluctant to re book after this experience- so stressful!
