The organization on Valentine's Day was notably substandard. The table linens were of a thin, unironed quality, exhibiting significant creases. Table numbers were poorly presented with inadequately cut printed labels. Furthermore, expired cheese was served, and some of the grapes were on the verge of spoilage. We cannot recommend this establishment for special occasions.

Dreadful food and even worse service.Waited forever to have our order taken.Food took forever to be servedMy wife was served an inedible steak which was more akin to a tractor tyre than food.Could we find a waiter to help us? We could not.The only good thing was the view. Even they couldn't mess that up.
My partner booked us and his mum in for afternoon tea and we had the best time. While the food could be better, I think the view overtakes everything else. If you are in London, this place is worth visiting. My mum is coming to London this weekend, so we will be going again!
