Aquastrong was responsive to our email and acted immediately to help us. A pump issue was determined to be a manufacturer's defect and the pump is being replaced. We haven't had this level of satisfaction with a company in a long time. We will look to them first when we need items in their product line. Great customer service is key to getting our business.
