They were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process (much more than the platform… sorry!). Regarding the product itself, it performs wonderfully. Our heater maintained the pool at a cozy 88° even during a chilly 49° night — we were swimming with our grandkids the very next evening! An excellent purchase for the price, and even better for the memories created. I highly recommend both the product and the manufacturer!
