I've had my Aqua tap for nearly two years now and the whole family absolutely love it. What l love though is the customer service which really is excellent. I recently had a boiler failure and also noticed a very small drip from a seal after replacing the filters. I phoned aqua taps and a lovely lady called Diane could not have been more helpful. She organised a new boiler that came the following day. After l replaced the boiler Diane run through the settings and also sent me new seals for my filter cartridge. I really can't thank Diane and the team enough.
