Regrettably, I can't endorse this product for two main reasons. First, there's a design flaw: after using the boiling water, the cold tap shares the same feed line, which can lead to burns as residual hot water lingers in the line. Other brands I've used have separate lines for boiling and cold water to prevent this. My partner and I have encountered burns multiple times, and we don't allow our children near the tap without supervision.
Second, our boiler developed a fault just outside its warranty period. When I inspected it, I suspected the sensor was the issue. I reached out to the company for assistance and inquired about purchasing the needed part. They suggested trying a different part, which didn’t resolve the problem. They couldn’t sell me the sensor but offered a replacement boiler at a 'goodwill' price of £199. This seems to be a common response based on other reviews, especially for issues occurring just after the warranty. It feels suspicious! I eventually found the sensor online for £2.50 and managed to repair the boiler myself.
