Dead on arrival! I have ordered once from this company and won't ever again. My order was a big order cost a lot of money. The order got to our place at 8.20 pm about 7 hours late a dx driver had bought them saying thay might be DOA as it's Late . And left. My partner opened one box there were 2 the Smell was so bad my daughter left the room . Every fish frog and crab was dead in the bags.. when I told them and sent photos I was Abused and told I was liying thay sent the wrong crab as proved in my photo. That was DOA in the bag .lison all you nice fish lovers out there thay offer a live guarantee etc.. please DON'T BYE YOUR FISH FROGS AND CRABS ECT From this company thay are rude thay are liyers with NO regard for the creatures you pay for no regard for life thay lie al the time I had 2 bags of DOA And thay won't refund our mouny my son and daugter are so upset my 4 year old is still crying at night because of what she saw and smellt. Thay are RUDE ABUSIVE AND LIY ALL THE TIME THAY ASKED ME TO SEND PHOTOS IN TWICE SAYING THE PHOTOS HAD DISAPPEARED I HAVE THE SCREEN SHOTS ON MY PHONE To prove this .In all honesty thay should be closed down .Thay Are not Fit to run a business that deals with live creatures. ... PLEASE DONT BYE ANY THING FROM THEM IF YOU VALUE LIFE AND YOUR MOUNY.. THAY WILL WRITE UNDERNEATH THIS REVIEW AND SAY NASTY THINGS AND TRY TO LIE THER WAY OUT OF THE HONEST TRUTH .
